Lower exponent = gentler scaling. Higher = more aggressive. 1.0 = fully linear (old formula).
0.5 = square root · 0.6 = recommended · 1.0 = linear
Set per-estimate in the calculator. Default: 2,000 sqft.

API key and default sender number for outbound SMS via Telnyx.

Telnyx WebRTC (In-Browser Calling)

SIP credentials are now per-user. Edit a user in User Management to assign their SIP username and password.

Telnyx Webhook Security

Ed25519 public key for validating inbound Telnyx webhooks. Find it in Telnyx Portal → Auth → Public Key. Leave blank to skip validation.

Email Delivery (Resend)

API key for outbound email via Resend. Used for agent notifications and digests.

Customer Messaging

URLs and tokens used in AI-generated customer messages. Leave blank to skip.
